NEK June Shoot

Northeast Kingdom

First of all the Northeast Kingdom's first Registered Shoot June 13th IS ON!

Second, we ask that you all take notice of your State or Province as well as VT policies if you are traveling from the unknown.

Third, we have a few recommendations for you to follow to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

To minimize traffic in the clubhouse please pre-register. even better if you enclose your payment. Let me know who your squad will be. I'll have your score cards ready.

Please wait outside the clubhouse and come in as a squad. When that squad leaves the next squad can come in.

We will be sending squads out at 10 min intervals. Please wait for a squad to leave a station before approaching.

Try and avoid showing up at 8-9:30 if you are not shooting the afternoon Super Sporting. You don't have to be on course until 11:00am so let's space things out.

We will have lunch. Again please stay as a squad when ordering. We will have tables spread out to keep distancing.

We are trying to give you all a safe place to shoot. Please help us in accomplishing this task.

Please bring any PPE you feel you may need. Bathrooms will be open and anti bacterial soap available for hand washing. If you don't feel comfortable with the steps we are taking at this time there will be another shoot July 11th.

See you on the 13th,

Bob Durocher

Vermont allows for some out of state travel non-resident (Jun 8)

OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL In addition to changes in dining regulations, Vermont is taking its first step toward reopening out-of-state travel. State residents and residents of neighboring states will be allowed to participate in some recreational travel across state borders without observing a 14-day quarantine beginning on Monday. The changes will only apply to counties with less than 400 confirmed COVID-19 cases per 1 million residents. At the time of the announcement, that includes the North Country of New York and all but three counties in New Hampshire — Rockingham, Merrimack and Hillsborough.   This is a survey to enroll you in Sara Alert.
